Ronnie Carrier is a folk-rock artist known for her powerful vocals, rich lyrical imagery, and polished live performances. With albums and EPs spanning over 10 years, her gift for storytelling resonates in every haunting note, building a musical world that delves deep into life’s complexities. Most recently, her song, Idle Hands won the 2026 Local Roots Songwriting Contest in the Best Acoustic/Singer-Songwriter category and Best Overall.

 

Solidifying her impact in the music scene, Ronnie engages with community and non-profit arts spaces, and was a Willamette Week 2025 Best of Portland Finalist. She is also host of Writers 'Round PDX, which is part of a nationwide songwriting collective that provides a welcoming space for artists of all ages, genres, and career stages to perform, connect, and support local music and venues.

 

You can also find her at a concert, reading in the park, or in the garden with her cat Clementine.
